Since opening in June 2005, guests from all over the world have stayed at Schoolhouse. Some were on holiday with family or friends, others were on journeys of a more personal nature. Some came to climb mountains. Others came for a rest. There have been wedding parties and ceilidh groups, family reunions and romantic weekends. There have been training courses and children's groups, walkers, cyclists and seekers of solitude. The house has rung with laughter and listened to heart felt conversations.

All guests have appreciated the warm Schoolhouse welcome and frequently say they feel at home here. Many stay longer than originally planned. With the added magic of bedtime stories by the fire, guests always find their time here refreshing and relaxing - sometimes inspirational.
